What's your role within the team?

I am one of the steering committee, who are primarily responsible for helping to plan the content and activities for the conference.

What do you do when you're not organising AngularConnect?

When I am not looking after my kids, I am the lead developer on the Angular 1 team. I have practiced aikido for over 15 years, I train and teach at the London Aikido Dojo.

What are you most looking forward to at AngularConnect 2016?

I always love getting to hang out with the speakers and attendees in the informal spaces of the conference. This year, we have even more opportunities to connect with our Office Hours room. Also, I think people are really going to like our new set of mini-workshops on a range of Angular related subjects.

What's your top tip for people looking to run their own conference or meetup?

I would start by talking to the amazing team at White October Events! Their experience and organisational skills have proven crucial to the success of AngularConnect.

If you could only eat one type of food for the rest of your life, what would it be?

I am always on at my kids to eat more roughage. A large box of organic with a variety of fruit and vegetables would be a fine choice for me.

Many thanks to our wonderful sponsors. If you’d like to get involved in supporting AngularConnect, please request a sponsor pack.
